The apartment is situated on a secure complex in the tranquil area of Benalmádena , with Gym, Spa, indor swimming pool, sauna, outdor 2 swimingpools . INDOOR POOL, SAUNA, GYM . Spa area available only for adults and children over 14 years of age NB : Due to the water supply emergency in Andalusia, the swimming pool may be temporarily inaccessible, according to the Andalusian authorities.
The apartment is only 15 minutes from Malaga airport and can be easily reached by car, taxi, or train from Malaga station. Recently completed, the new apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a 2 bathrooms and a shower room. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen and lounge/dining area. The complex offers a shared swimming pool.
The apartment is ideally located near to local supermarket, bars and restaurants and only a short taxi ride down to the coast to the Marina where you will find a multiplex cinema, Sea Life Centre, countless bars and restaurants catering to all tastes.
The apartment is close to Benalmádena Pueblo, a typical Andalusian village with quaint narrow streets and lots of Spanish charm. There are a number of shops, restaurants, bars and local amenities (including supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and the town hall).
Although the area offers peace and tranquility, the hustle and bustle on the coast is close to hand with plenty of restaurants, bars and night life - this is the perfect place to take your holiday.
The fantastic Tivoli World theme park is only a few minutes away from the apartment and there is a cable car from which you can see the whole of Benalmádena.
There are 2 golf courses close to hand, one at Torrequebrada and a newly built course in the Pueblo. Just a short drive away is the famous golf course at La Cala de Mijas.
Benalmádena is perfectly situated between the busy towns of Torremolinos and Fuengirola, both of which are only 5-10 minutes drive away. The gorgeous marina offers countless activities to occupy all the family.
The Aqua Park in Mijas Costa is only 5 minutes away via the N-340 road, where the whole family can spend the day and enjoy the water rides. There are all kinds of water sports available at Benalmádena Costa, including scuba diving, para-sailing and boat hire.
The popular towns of Mijas, Marbella and Puerto Banus are all within 30 minutes of the apartment so exploring further afield couldn't be easier. There are also day trips available to Gibraltar.

Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and drawer space. There are security shutters to secure your belongings when you leave the apartment. The shutters can also be closed to keep the apartment cool during the day along with air-conditioning to make you comfortable during the night. Jacuzzi massage bath in main bathroom.

Apartment towels are not to be used for either the beach or swimming pool.

Before you receive the apartment keys, a refundable security deposit of 400 eur is required against breakages, damage and loss of keys. This will be refunded within 3 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
Please check the inventory when you arrive and inform us immediatley of missing items so you are not charged in error.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol reputed to being one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world is translated as the coast of sun benefiting from approx 320 days of sunshine per year there are miles of safe sandy beaches an abundance of fantastic golf courses and of course the snow caped mountains of Sierra Nevada. Whether relaxing on the beach, sightseeing, fishing or shopping the Costa del Sol has something to offer to young and old alike. The area is steeped in history dating back before the Greeks, Romans and Moors.
Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
Benalmadena Costa has numerous Bars, Night Clubs and Dancing venues. There are venues showing well known acts and also lots of stars of yesteryear as well as bars hosting nightly quizes and even bingo. A lot of the bars have large screen TV's and show all the main sporting events. At Benalmadena's award winning Puerto Marina you will find an abumdance of restaurants offering almost every cuisine throughout the world, bars, cocktail bars and nightclubs in fact something to suit all ages and tastes.
Tivoli World at Arroyo de La Miel which is just a short bus or train ride away has a Spanish theme park with an array of breathtaking rides, beautiful gardens and superb Flamenco dancing or for those with a head for heights why not take a ride on the cable car to the mountain top and take in the breathtaking views.
Paloma Park again only a short distance away is beautifully landscaped with a lake and fountains, there you will find chickens, rabbits and even peacocks all roaming freely. It is also the home to the Sea Lions and Selwo Dolphins who perform there daily.
There are two excellent water parks in the area which are easily accessible and an excellent fun day out for all the family.
On the beach you will find there are many water sports that you can participate in and for the daredevils why not try your hand at paragliding .
If your a keen angler there are many good fishing spots and organised sea fishing trips from the Marina and Port at Fuengirola.
Bored with sunning yourself on the beach? Then why not take a boat trip, there are many that go out daily from the Marina.
Throughout this area there are many pretty white villages which are much more the traditional Spain e.g: Benalnadena Pueblo and Mijas Pueblo can both be reached by bus are well worth a visit, Mijas Pueblo being the larger of the two. Both have bull rings, beautiful churches and breathtaking views over the costa, there are lots of quaint shops and many authentic restaurants and bars.
If you want to venture a lttle further a trip to Gibraltor takes approx 1hour
Restaurants:
One of the many attractions is the range and diversity of both cafes and restaurants where you can eat a hearty English breakfast for 5 euros and the Menu of the Day (three courses) for 10 euros.
The small one time fishing village of Carihuela with its many fish and seafood restaurants is a must for all food enthusiasts.
Fish Alley in Fuengirola is a hive of activity in the evenings, having every type of restaurant including some with live music and many bars and clubs.
The Village of Arroyo de la Miel is a short bus ride away is always buzzing no matter what time of year,it has many cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets and lots of shops to browse.
Benalmadena Puerto Marina has a fantastic choice of restaurants from Spanish to Italian,Greek, Mexican, Indian and Chinese to name but a few.
Shopping:
There is a new Miramar shopping mall in Fuengirola situated on two floors with an array of shops including many fashion stores, shoe shops, household ,furniture and hypermarket there are also restaurants and a multiscreen cinema.
Playa Mayor is an outdoor complex located between Torremolinos and Malaga (approx 20 mins on the train ) is buzzing during the summer months there you will find many types of designer shops and dozens of restaurants and bars with various themes as well as a multiscreen cinema.
Torremolinos & Fuengirola are easily accessible by bus or train both having many shops of all desciptions and some great Tapas restaurants.
There is also the famous Tuesday market in Fuengirola where you can pick up many bargains including amazing fruit and veg for next to nothing.
Malaga approx 30 mins away by train is the capital of Andalucia and has many attractions including a magnificent Cathedral , designer shops and departmental stores as well as hundreds of bars and restaurants that make fantastic tapas and paella.
How to get there
There are various low cost airlines that fly into Malaga. Residencial Los Nadales is only 15 minutes drive from the airport via A7 / N-340 road (turn off 217). If travelling by train, the journey takes about 15 minutes from Malaga airport to the Arroyo de la Miel station, next to which is the bus stop and taxi rank.
There are regular local buses from the village to the train station, to the beach and other tourist areas.
Taxis are available from the airport at a reasonable cost. (25-30 euros).
We recommend that you hire a car to get the full benefit from the area.
